CHIEF OF AZERBAIJAN ACCOUNTS CHAMBER MEETS REP OF EUROPEAN COURT OF AUDITORS
Baku, November 6 (AzerTAc). Heydar Asadov, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Accounts Chamber has today met with Raija Peltonen, head of the unit, European Court of Auditors (ECA)
Peltonen noted the aim of the visi tis to audit the European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument Program and other programs and projects signed between Azerbaijan and European Union. Peltonen briefed on the ECA`s activity. He said ECA is responsible for EU financial activity oversight.
Heydar Asadov told of the activity of the Azerbaijan Accounts Chamber and its role, goals and place in the financial control system. He pointed out the Chamber is interested in cooperating with ECA.
