Bahrain pledges unflinching solidarity with Saudi Arabia: FM

Manama, November 07, SPA -- Bahrain has pledged unflinching solidarity with Saudi
Arabia in defending its territories and protecting its borders from Houthian rebels
and attempts of infiltration into its territories, said Foreign Minister Sheikh
Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa.


In a statement carried last night by Bahrain News Agency (BNA), he affirmed that
Bahrain's solidarity with Saudi Arabia emanated from the strong brotherly ties,
kinship and common history and fate.

The Bahraini Foreign Minister slammed the recent blatant aggressions against Saudi
territories and citizens, considering any harm targeting Saudi Arabia as targeting
Bahrain as well and describing the measures undertaken by the Kingdom as legitimate
defense of its lands, sovereignty, stability, prosperity and people's safety.

"The brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, spearheaded by Custodian of the Two Holy
Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz is able to defend its territories and defeat
whoever dares infiltrate into its territories or attempts to spread havoc, the
Minister affirmed, asserting that such attempts are doomed to failure.
