Final call at 1700 hrs, Ind-Aus 7th ODI doubtful
Mumbai, Nov 11 (PTI) With heavy rain showing no signs of
relenting, the seventh India-Australia one day cricket match
is unlikely to go ahead on Wednesday.
The match officials would inspect the conditions at the D
Y Patil stadium and take a final call at 1700 hrs IST, which
is the cut-off time.
The square and the surrounding areas have been put under
cover and the wet field is soggy.
The unrelenting rains have been lashing the city from
Tuesday night.
If the match gets called off, Australia will win the
series with a 4-2 scoreline.
Australia came back strongly from a 1-2 deficit and went
on to win three consecutive matches to pocket the series. PTI
