IIROSA sponsors pediatric-cardiac surgeries by Saudi Medical Team in Morocco

Jeddah, November 11, SPA -- The International Islamic Relief Organization of Saudi
Arabia (IIROSA), the aid arm of the Saudi-based World Muslim League, will launch
pediatric open-heart surgeries in Morocco with participation of a number of Saudi
pediatric cardiac surgeons from November 12-20.

The Saudi medical team will be led by Dr.Jameel Al-Ata, MD ,Consultant Pediatric
Cardiologist, King Abdul Aziz University Hospital, King Faisal Specialist Hospital
in Jeddah.

The Secretary-General of IIROSA, Dr. Adnan Khalil Basha, in a statement to The
Saudi Press Agency (SPA), said that the Pediatric Cardiologists aided by a full
medical team will carry out a dozen of open-heart surgeries and other cardiac
catheterization operations for a number of children in Marrakech, Morocco.

IIROSA is carrying out this program within the framework of a number of campaigns
it has already implemented in a number of Arab and Islamic countries, especially in
the field of pediatric open-heart surgery, he added
