Bani Husheish armed gang trial adjourned

SANA'A, Nov. 11 (Saba) - The Primary Specialized Penal Court in the capital Sana'a adjourned on Tuesday trial of the 11 suspects of
Bani Husheish armed gang till next Tuesday, the state-run 26sep.net has reported .

The court listened in first session last October to the prosecution's accusation
document against the accused people including charges of forming an armed gang for
carrying
out collective crimes during the period from 2004 until June 9th 2006.
The prosecution accused the gang elements of drawing plans to kill, bomb and carry
out sabotage acts as well as endangering the society's security and stability.
The document clarified that the suspects have prepared the necessary equipment of
heavy and small arms, ammunitions, rockets and grenades.
Those acts resulted in killing and injuring a number of armed forces personnel and
innocent citizens, and looting some military equipment, the prosecution's document
clarified.
