N. Korea warns of 'merciless' actions to nullify S. Korea's sea border

SEOUL, Nov. 13 (Yonhap) -- North Korea warned Friday that it will take "merciless
military measures" to draw a new inter-Korean border in the Yellow Sea and South
Korea will pay dearly for a recent naval skirmish there.

The North's Korean Central News Agency said the North's military sent a letter to
the South, warning North Korea will take "merciless military measures" to
maintain the North Korea's own border in the western waters "from this moment
on."
