Saudi Arabia to participate in Education Conference in Syria

Damascus, November 15, SPA-- Representatives from Saudi Arabia along with 12 Arab
countries will take part in the Conference of Strategies of Non-Regular Education
and Educational Options scheduled here on Monday.

The three-day conference will be held by Syrian Ministry of Education in
cooperation with Syrian Ministry of Culture and Beirut-based Regional Office of
United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

The Conference aims to exchange experiences in the field of planning the national
system for literacy and adult education as well as its application within the
framework of national plans on education for all.
