No. 1 flour manufacturer aims for 25 pct growth in sales by 2015
SEOUL, Nov. 16 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's top flour manufacturer Dongaone Co. said
Monday it is looking to grow sales 25 percent by 2015.
The Seoul-based company, formerly known as Donga SF, held a launch ceremony on
Monday after changing its name to Dongaone.
The company, which is engaged in manufacturing flour products and animal feed,
said it has set a goal of 500 billion won (US$433 million) in sales in 2015, up
25 percent from 4 billion won expected for this year.
To achieve the objective, Dongaone will expand the animal feed business overseas,
aiming to raise revenue sharply to more than 430 billion won there by 2015 and
shift some of its focus of sales from industrial customers to retail customers,
the company said.
Shares of Dongone ended at 3,395 won on the Seoul bourse, up 15 percent from the
previous session.
