INFORMATION MINISTER HEADS FOR SAUDI ARABIA



SANA'A, Nov. 16 (Saba) - Minister of Information Hassan al-Lawzi along with his accompanying delegation headed on Monday for Saudi Arabia for an official visit lasting several days.

During the visit, the delegation would discuss a number of executive programs for informative cooperation between the two brotherly countries for 2010-2012, al-Lawzi told Saba.

Al-Lawzi added that the talks between the two sides will include agreeing on lines of the full coordination to make the Yemeni and Saudi media work coping with the developments and updating its services to fit with the level of the Yemeni-Saudi relations in all cooperation areas,.

The information minister indicated that the talks between the media institutions in the two countries aim at creating a complete coordination in the media cooperation areas so as to serve the joint issues in Yemen and Saudi Arabia as well as the mutual interests.

Furthermore, al-Lawzi noted that the visit aim at availing from the media and professional experiences in Saudi Arabia in order to contribute to carrying out the training courses held by the Media Institute in Sana'a and Aden cities.
