OIC Chief receives Poland`s ambassador

Jeddah, November 17, SPA -- The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic
Conference (OIC), Prof Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, received here yesterday the Ambassador
of Poland to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Adam Kulach and his accompanying
delegation.

The Polish Ambassador expressed his appreciation of the work and activities
undertaken by the OIC. He also commended the role played by the Secretary General
in promoting dialogue and cooperation with the international community. He
expressed the desire of his country to further strengthen cooperation and relations
with the organization in areas of common interest, according to a press release of
the OIC.

On his part, Prof. Ihsanoglu welcomed the Polish Ambassador and expressed the OIC
General Secretariat’s wish and readiness to expand cooperation with Poland in
different fields and particularly during its Presidency of the European Union in
2011.
