Prince Khalid bin Sultan Meets U.S. Defense Secretary

Washington, November 18, SPA-- Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Assistant
Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General for Military Affairs visited
here on Tuesday U.S. Defense Department Pentagon where he was received by U.S.
Defense Secretary Robert Gates.
Secretary Gates welcomed Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, wishing him and
the accompanying delegation a good stay.
Secretary Gates sent his greetings to Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz,
Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General,
wishing for him a permanent good health, as well as steady progress for the
people of Saudi Arabia.
Then Prince Khalid bin Sultan headed the Saudi delegation to Joint Saudi-US
Strategic Meeting.
Later, the Prince attended a luncheon held by the American side in his honor and
the accompanying delegation.
