Peugeot ordered to recall 502 cars in S. Korea
SEOUL, Nov. 22 (Yonhap) -- South Korean authorities said Sunday they ordered
Hanbul Motors Corp., the local importer of PSA Peugeot Citroen SA, to voluntarily
recall 502 cars due to faulty brake pipes.
The recall affects Peugeot passenger cars imported to South Korea from Oct. 1,
2004 to April 30, 2007, the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs said
in a statement.
Free repair services will be available to correct the defect from Monday,
according to the statement.
