Tight security as Eid nears

SANA'A, Nov 23. (Saba)- The Ministry of Interior has
drawn up a special security plan as the Eid al-Adha nears.
Interior Ministry's information center pointed out that the plan was focused on
securing prayer places and ensuring they would be free of armed forms as well as
controlling
fireworks with their sellers ordered to be held in an effort to maintain the public
peace.
The security forces have been ordered to be on a high alert to face any destructive
acts.
The plan also includes taking tough security procedures to protect the economic
facilities, embassies and foreign interests in Yemen.
The plan focused in its traffic part on maintaining the souls and properties,
decreasing fatal accidents which mostly take place during the Eid vacation, the
center said,
adding the ministry had directed all governorates to take necessary steps to
maintain security.
