S. Korea to sell 4.41 tln won in state debts in Dec.

SEOUL, Nov. 26 (Yonhap) -- The government said Thursday it plans to sell state
bonds worth around 4.41 trillion won (US$3.82 billion) in December.
The finance ministry said in a statement that it will sell 1.20 trillion won in
three-year Treasuries, 1.21 trillion won in five-year debts and 1.30 trillion won
worth of 10-year government bonds next month. It also plans to issue 700 billion
won worth of 20-year state debts during December.
In addition, the ministry plans to buy back 2 trillion won worth of state debts
next month, and will seek to convert 1 trillion won worth of outstanding
government bonds into new ones in order to stimulate transactions.
