MINSK, November 26 (Itar-Tass) --EurAsEc Deputy Secretary General
Sergei Glazyev considers fate decisive the documents on establishing the
Customs Union, which as planned will be signed by the presidents of
Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan on November 27 in Minsk.

Such was the
opinion he expressed in the course of the 47th EurAsEc Integration
Committee session and the 10th session of the Customs Union Commission,
taking place in Minsk on Thursday.
"Tomorrow one must take fate decisive resolutions on putting into
effect a package of agreements which are to' launch' the Customs Union,"
he said. Briefing the journalists Glazyev reminded that a package of
documents on Single Customs Tariff Regulation is meant in particular.
Beginning from January 1, 2010 we start adhering to the single customs
tariff, he noted. In his words one also supposes to adopt a package of
agreements on the Single Non-Customs Regulation, thus allowing the members
of the Customs Union to put into effect the Single Foreign Trade
Restrictions System.
"Meanwhile EurAsEc Deputy Secretary General added, the documents will
be signed to register the Customs Union Commission as a supranational
body, the decisions of which will be compulsory for execution in all the
Customs Union member countries. In such a way the bulk of the Customs
Union will be shaped and its mechanisms will begin functioning December 1,
Glazyev underlined.
