Russia to participate in OPEC session in Angola.



TEHRAN, November 30 (Itar-Tass) -- The Russian delegation will
participate in a session of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting
Countries (OPEC) in Angola at the end of December, press secretary of the
Russian Energy Ministry Irina Yesipova told reporters on Sunday.

"Russia will most likely participate in an OPEC session, but we have
not decided yet who will head our delegation," she emphasized.

.URGENT - Launch of booster Zenith with US comm satellite postponed.

MOSCOW, November 30 (Itar-Tass) -- The launch of a booster Zenith with
a U.S. communications satellite from the Baikonur spaceport was postponed
for technical reasons, the Russian Federal Space Agency told Itar-Tass.
"The launch of the booster was postponed for 24 hours," the agency
said.

.Moscow not to host OPEC seminar in 2009.

TEHRAN, November 30 (Itar-Tass) -- A seminar of representatives from
the member-countries of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting
Countries (OPEC) that Russia proposed to the oil cartel to hold in Moscow
will not be held this year. "We will not have enough time to hold the
seminar before the yearend," press secretary of the Russian Energy
Ministry Irina Yesipova told reporters.
She noted that this event would be postponed over the schedule of the
OPEC chiefs. "We do not meet the schedule of the OPEC representatives,"
she emphasized. Meanwhile, she pledged that Russia do not deny the idea of
a seminar in the country. "We appreciate good prospects of our cooperation
with the OPEC," Yesipova pointed out.

.Russia searching for Nevsky Express disaster suspects.

MOSCOW, November 30 (Itar-Tass) -- Russian law enforcement agencies
are searching for suspects involved in the Nevsky Express explosion that
killed 25 people.
The identity profile of the suspect was sent to all territorial
branches of the law enforcement agencies on Sunday. The suspect "is a
robust, red-haired man aged over 40 years," Russian Interior Minister
Rashid Nurgaliyev said. Alongside, the interior minister noted that varied
information is coming and is being checked urgently. It is unclear yet
whether a person described in the identity profile is the criminal.
The law enforcement agencies are searching for possible eyewitnesses
among local residents, because the terrorist act had been prepared for
some time.
The detectives have not completed the search of the blast scene yet.
The deformed coaches remain sealed off near the blast site.
The Interior Ministry has tightened security measures on the
Moscow-St. Petersburg railway. "We are controlling the current situation,
took several additional measures, including the guard of the railway
track," Nurgaliyev said.
He noted that operational measures are in full swing now. The Interior
Ministry jointly with the Prosecutor General's Office "have mapped out a
concrete plan of measures, the current situation is under control."
The explosion went off at 21.48 Moscow time on November 27, when the
Nevsky Express train was running at a high speed at the 284th kilometer of
the Aleshkino-Uglovka section of the Oktyabrskaya Railway. The power of
the blast reached seven kilograms of TNT. The bomb blast created a crater
one meter to 1.5 meters in diameter and 70 centimeters deep, two coaches
overturned, the Federal Security Service said.
The Nevsky Express disaster killed 25 people, 24 of them were
identified, six passengers remain on the missing list. The casualty lists
will be made public after the identification of all terror victims,
Emergencies Minister Sergei Shoigu said at a meeting of the governmental
committee on eliminating aftermaths of the terrorist act.
According to the latest reports of the Ministry of Health and Social
Development, 92 injured people are undergoing treatment at hospitals, 21
of them are in a grave condition. The ministry specified only those
injured people who were hospitalized are reported. The overall number of
injured people is being specified.
According to Health Minister Tatiana Golikova, six injured people are
foreigners. The injured foreigners were brought to hospitals in St.
Petersburg and Moscow. An Italian, a Belgian, an Azeri, a Belarusian and
two Ukrainian citizens are among them.
The traffic on the Moscow-St. Petersburg railway was fully restored,
all trains are going under the previous schedule.
