HOUSE NAMES 30 CENTURY INQUIRY COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Jakarta, Dec 4 (ANTARA) - The House of Representatives (DPR) at a plenary session here on Friday appointed 30 legislators to its Bank Century inquiry committee.
The 30 legislators represented nine factions in the House which had supported the proposal to form a Bank Century inquiry committee.
Chairing the plenary session at the legislative building here, House Speaker Marzuki Ali read out the names of the committee members proposed by the House factions.
"The appointment of the inquiry committee members is in accordance with the House rules and regulations, and its composition is based on proportionality," Marzuki Ali said.
He said the composition was divided into eight members from the Democrat Party faction, six from the Golkar Party faction, five from the Indonesian Democratic Party-Struggle (PDIP) faction, three from the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) faction, two each from the United Development Party (PPP), National Mandate Party (PAN), and National Awakening Party (PKB) factions, and one each from the Greater Indonesia Movement (Gerindra) Party and People's Conscience (Hanura) Party factions.
The eight members from the Democrat Party are Achsanul Qosasi, Agus Hermanto, Anas Urbaningrum, Benny K Harman, I Wayan Gunastra, Raditya Gambiro, Ruhut Sitompul, and Yahya Sacariria.
The five from Golkar are Ade Komaruddin, Agung Gunanjar, Bambang Soesatyo, Idrus Marham, and Melkiyas Mekeng.
PDIP's five representatives are Eva Kusuma Sundari, Ganjar Pranowo, Gayus Lumbuun, Hendrawan Supratikno, and Maruarar Sirait.
The three from PKS are Andi Rahmat, Fahri Hamzah, and Mahfudz Siddik while the two from PAN are Asman Abnur and Tjatur Sapto Edy; the two from PKB Anna Mu'awanah and Marwan Ja'far, and the other two from PPP Romahurmuziy and Ahmad Yani.
Hanura's sole representative is Akbar Faisal and Gerindra's Ahmad Muzani. ***1***
