Minister of fisheries wealth meets WB mission
SANA'A, Dec. 06 (Saba)-Minister of Fisheries Wealth Mohammed Shamlan met on Sunday with a mission of evaluating World Bank Projects in Yemen over a fifth fish project which is funded by the WB and European
Union at sum of $ 32.5 million.
The meeting discussed a report presented by a New Zealand company -the winner
company to prepare fishing structure in the country- which suggested to form four
fishing corporation
in the costal cities to run fishing activities and services in the nation.The
minister urged the company to find out an affective management for the fishing
sector in the
country, affirming importance of the project Then, the mission paid a visit to the
project of the information fishing center which is implemented by the ministry at
amount
of YR 500 million.AH
