WFRT discusses violence against woman

ADEN, Dec. 06 (Saba) - In the framework of continuing the campaign to criminalize violence against woman, the Women Forum for
Research andTraining (WFRT) in Aden, in cooperation with Arab Women Association, to organize a discussion circle on December 8, under the title "United to end Violation against Woman".

A number of researchers and civil society, democratic, human and youth leaders will
participate in the forum.
It is expected that the participants will review a number of related subjects such
as criminalizing violence against woman, relation of extremism, violation hate
crimes,
demands of women and leadership of Yemen, importance of setting up a network
comprising of effective male personalities to combat violation against woman
phenomenon.
It is worth mentioning that the campaign was launched by United Nations last year
to gather efforts in all UN organizations and called all countries to form strong
laws
by 2015 to end violence against woman.
