Hyundai Motor signs marketing alliance with Swarovski

SEOUL, Dec. 10 (Yonhap) -- Hyundai Motor Co., South Korea's biggest automaker,
said Thursday it has signed an agreement with Swarovski AG, the Austrian luxury
crystal brand, for an alliance on marketing.
The alliance came before Hyundai starts selling a redesigned version of its
premium sedan Grandeur. Under the alliance, the two companies will jointly
promote the Grandeur sedan and Swarovski's crystal products, Hyundai said in a
statement.
The tie-up would help Hyundai increase brand awareness of the revamped Grandeur,
the Korean company said in the statement.
