3rd intl. bakery expo kicks off
TEHRAN, Dec. 15 (MNA) -- The 3rd International Bakery Industry Exhibition of Iran (IBEX 2009) kicked off at the Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds on Tuesday.
The Iranian Vice President Mohammad-Reza Rahimi attended the opening ceremony, Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting reported.
Some 25 foreign companies from 14 countries such as Germany, Italy, Japan, France, Canada, Greece, England, Switzerland, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, as well as 76 domestic firms are participating in the 4-day event.
Participants at the event will showcase their latest products and achievements in the fields of industrial bread machinery, flour production machinery, packaging machinery, as well as yeasts and leavens.
Organizers of the expo eye improving bread consumption patterns and boosting investments in the field of industrial bakery.
