Yemen to mark Human Rights Day

SANA'A, Dec. 16 (Saba) - Under the auspices of Prime
Minister Ali Mujawar, Yemen is to celebrate next Sunday the Day of the Universal
Declaration
of Human Rights, the state-run 26sep.net has reported.
Human Rights Minister Huda al-Ban said that Yemen is keen to mark the Human rights
Day annually to reflects the government's interest in circulating human rights
culture
in the society.
A celebration will be held on this occasion, Al-Ban said, adding that a number of
diplomatic corps members and representatives of the international organizations in
Yemen
and Civil Society Organizations (SCOs).
An awareness campaign of human rights would be carried out in collaboration with
SCOs, al-Ban said.
