Samsung to provide digital set-top boxes to Canadian firm

SEOUL, Dec. 17 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's Samsung Electronics Co. said Thursday
that it has signed a deal with Videotron Ltd., a Canadian cable TV operator, to
supply digital set-top boxes for digital television programming.

Samsung Electronics, however, did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.
