Asked if Headley was a "double agent", Rao said it won't
be professional on her part to comment on such reports.
"I am not going to comment whether he was, he is or he is
not a double agent," she said.

Meanwhile, a top government official said the Home
Ministry will also seek a report from the Indian Consulate
in Chicago on reports that the documents on the basis of which
Headley and Rana were issued visas have gone missing.

from the Chicago Consulate does not mean that the documents
