Health Ministry Launches 2nd Phase of National Vaccination Campaign against Swine Flu
Riyadh, December 19, 2009, SPA -- The Ministry of Health launched today the 2nd
phase of National Vaccination Campaign against Swine Flu (AH1N1) for school
students of all grades and teachers throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The five-week campaign under this phase is being implemented in cooperation with
the Ministry of Education.
The Ministry of Health stressed that the swine flu vaccine is safe as certified by
the World Health Organization (WHO) and food and pharmaceutical bodies.
