"The magistrate will record Sabauddin's statement if we
submit the trial court's cognizance on February 2," Naqvi
said.

The complaint has been filed under various sections of
Indian Penal Code including 348 for wrongful confinement, 330
for voluntarily causing hurt to extract confession and
threatening.
"Sabauddin earlier told me that one Col Headley had
interrogated him. Now, we know who that Headley is," Naqvi
