Yemeni-Korean High Institute preparations discussed

SANA'A, Dec. 20 (Saba) - Yemen and Korea reviewed here on Sunday Korean company's contribution in preparing the Yemeni-Korean
High Institute, which is financed by the Korean Government.

Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training Ibrahim Omar Hajri and head
of Korea Electric Power Data Network Chan Han talked also about the bilateral
technical
cooperation generally and ways of enhancing them.
During the meeting, the Minister valued the Korean support for Yemen in technical
education and vocational training fields, affirming the importance of availing from
the
Korean experience in areas of equipping, training and preparing and upgrading
curricula.
For his part, the Korean official expressed his country's readiness to provide
assistance for the technical and vocational institutes in Yemeni governorates via
receiving
Yemeni students in the Korean institutes and sending Korean trainers to train Yemeni
trainers in various areas.
