Lotte Mart to open new stores this week

SEOUL, Dec. 22 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's discount store chain Lotte Mart said on
Tuesday that it will open two new stores in the country this week.

A new Lotte Mart is scheduled to open in the southwestern city of Jeongeup on
Tuesday while another will open in the port city of Incheon, west of Seoul, on
Thursday. Floor space for the stores covers 8,940 square meters and 9,990 square
meters, respectively.
The addition of the new outlets brings the number of the chain's domestic stores
to 68 and its overseas stores to 86, it said.
