CJ Group to buy OnMedia for 400 bln won
SEOUL, Dec. 24 (Yonhap) -- CJ Group, a major South Korean conglomerate, plans to
buy a domestic cable-television operator for 400 billion won (US$338 million),
industry sources said Thursday.
The group has been in negotiations with Orion Corp. to buy stakes in OnMedia
Corp. Orion owns 37 percent of OnMedia.
CJ Group is expected to announce the deal later in the day, they said.
