COURT SENTENCES 6-15 YEARS IN JAIL AGAINST GROUP OF KIDNAPPERS

SANA'A, Dec. 26 (Saba)- Sana'a Penal court sentenced on Saturday
between 6 to 15 years in jail against five person who were convicted
of kidnapping a citizen Last March.

The person was found by the court are guilty of kidnapping Amr
Khaled al-Sadi by using weapons.

They kidnapped al-Said and taken him to Al Tahar region in Bani
Dhabian district of Sana'a province last March. They have taken him
as hostage for six months in a house of one convict.

Meanwhile, the court also sentenced 12 years against a convict Salam
al-Wali in kidnapping a citizen from Hodeidah province in January of
2009 and a child from Sana'a capital.
