SANA'A, Dec.26 (Saba) - The Specialized Penal Court in the capital Sana'a sentenced on Saturday an Iranian national to death and two others to 5 years in prison after convicting them of trafficking
and fetching drugs into Yemen.

During Saturday hearing, chaired by Judge Ridwan al-Namer, the court sentenced the
first convict, Mumtaz Sultan Ameri to death and the two others, Imam Jan Dost
Mohamed
and Abdul-Wahid Mohamed Ishaq Bloshi, to 5-year imprisonment.
However, the court cleared eight Iranians of charges relating to bringing 1059 kg
