Lee to deliver New Year's message Jan. 4: source

SEOUL, Dec. 28 (Yonhap) -- President Lee Myung-bak is likely to deliver his New
Year's message on Jan. 4, an informed source said Monday.
The message on how the president will run the government in 2010 is likely to be
conveyed through a town hall meeting, instead of previously used channels such as
an address or a news conference, the source said.
Lee will explain his New Year policies directly to invited people, the source
said, adding that the meeting is also likely to take place outside the
presidential office, Cheong Wa Dae, in a break from tradition.
In 2009, Lee delivered his New Year's message on Jan. 2.
