One crime every 46 minutes in Yemen
SANA'A, Dec. 29 (Saba) - An official statistical
report revealed that over 182,000 crimes have been committed in the country since
1993
till 2008, with a rate of one crime for 45 minutes and 12 second.
The statistics issued by the Interior Ministry showed the total number of minor
crimes reached over 148.000 .
The annual average of the serious crimes during the last sixteen years reached over
348.000, while the daily average of the serious crimes reached 31 crimes, according
to
the statistics.
