SYRIAN BA'ATH PARTY RESTATES SUPPORT YEMEN SECURITY

SANA'A, Dec. 30 (Saba) - Assistant Secretary General of Syrian
Ba'ath Arab Socialist Party Abdullah al-Ahmar has confirmed Syria's
keenness to support the stability and security of Yemen to solve
internal issues, the state-run website 26sep.net has reported.

In his meeting with a Yemeni journalist delegation led by head of
the National Press Association in Yemen Ali Al-Asadi, al-Ahmar has
confirmed the necessity of creating a dialogue between the entire
political parties to overcome the difficult situations in the
country.

During the meeting, the two sides have discussed some issues related
to the important role of media in circulating the national thought
and highlighting the true image of Arab civilization.

Yemeni media delegation has expressed the appreciation of the stands
of Syrian government and people for supporting Yemen and its rights.
