National Assembly passes 2010 budget bill

SEOUL, Dec. 31 (Yonhap) -- The ruling Grand National Party on Thursday railroaded
the government's 2010 budget bill through parliament amid fierce protests from
lawmakers of the main opposition Democratic Party.
