Yemen consumes 1.8 bln liter s of diesel, fuel oil for electricity generation annually
SANA'A, Dec. 30 (Saba)- Yemen consumption of diesel and fuel oil to
generate electricity
reached up to 1.8 billion liters in 2008 in comparison with 1.7 billion liters in
2007 and 1.5 billion liters in 2006.
The latest statistics of the Central Statistics Authority showed that, in 2008,
Yemen consumed 1.6 billion ml liters of fuel oil.
It also showed that Yemen consumed 8.7million liters of diesel.
