PLN TO OFFER RP2.7 TRILLION WORTH OF BONDS

Jakarta, Jan 4 (ANTARA) - State electricity company PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara PLN is to offer rupiah-denominated bonds of Rp2.7 trillion this week.

The bonds consist of series A worth Rp920 billion and series B worth Rp1.78 trillion, each maturing in seven years and 10 years, the company said in its prospectus published on Monday.

The bonds series A due on January 12, 2017 will be issued at a coupon of 11.95 percent. The bonds series B due on January 12, 2020 will be issued at a coupon of 12.55 percent.

The bonds will be offered on January 5-7 and listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange on January 13.
