Dr. Khoja Inaugurates Encyclopedia of Female Plastic Arts in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh, January 06, 2010, SPA- - The Minister of Culture and Information, Dr.
Abdul-Aziz bin Mohieddin Khoja patronized here on Tuesday evening the inauguration
ceremony of "Detailed Encyclopedia of Female Plastic Arts Movement in the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia" prepared by Dr. Abeer bint Musallam Al-Sa'edi and Dr. Saad
Al-Sayyid Saad Al-Abid.


In a press statement following the ceremony, Dr. Khoja promised plastic artists to
find them a permanent place for presenting their paintings in Riyadh and Jeddah and
to support the plastic arts, stressing that the Ministry of Culture and Information
is seeking to perform its duty towards plastic artists.


The Minister said, "All their demands can be achieved, God willing, but we will
start arranging their displays at King Fahd Cultural Center. I will present them
all for the Center's galleries for showing their paintings throughout the year."
