YEMEN, WB TALK ON BUILDING $5 MLN REGIONAL VETERINARY QUARANTINE



TAIZ, Jan. 11 (Saba) - Yemen and World Bank (WB) discussed on Monday
the preparatory arrangements to establish a regional veterinary
quarantine in Mocha city of Taiz province.

Taiz Governor Hamoud al-Sufi discussed with a WB mission the role of
the Taiz local authority to succeed the project that would be
financed by the World Bank with $ 5 million.

During the meeting, the governor affirmed that the local authority
will overcome all difficulties on the way of the project
implementations.

For his part, Head of WB mission affirmed that the WB will fund the
project and will support the development of the port of Mocha city
and the various development areas in Mocha.
