GOVT TO RAISE DEBTS BY RP7.5 TRILLION

Jakarta, Jan 12 (ANTARA) - The government will have raised its debts by Rp7.5 trillion by selling series 4 state debentures in an auction.

Debt Management Directorate General of the Finance Ministry said in Jakarta Tuesday that the total bid in the series 4 state debentures Tuesday amounted to Rp14.88 trillion.

The Rp7.5 trillion is larger than the earlier-set indicative sum of only Rp5 trillion, which was partly for funding in this year`s State Budget.

The proceeds of the auction of series 4 state debentures of series SPN20110113 amounted to Rp1.1 trillion from the received bids worth Rp3.88 trillion. The debentures will fall due on January 13, 2011.

Series FR0027 amounting to Rp1.45 trillion from the bids amounted to Rp3.7 trillion. The yield of these series reached 8.18 percent, and will fall due on June 15, 2015.

Series FR0028 worth Rp2.7 trillion from the bids amounted to Rp4.22 trillion with a yield of 8.69 percent, and will fall due on July 15, 2018.

Series FR0052 worth Rp2.25 trillion from the bids amounted to Rp3.07 trillion with a yield of 10.51 percent, and will fall due on August 15, 2030.
